Strategy to Structure was founded by Pearce D. Sauls to be exactly that: the person who asks the hard questions, reads the contract, and shows up to the site knowing whether what’s being built matches what was drawn.

Our architect brings experience from one of the most code-intensive jurisdictions in the country — fire egress, occupancy classifications, and ADA compliance.
